- A deposit of one nights accommodation is required on booking
- A confirmation of reservation letter will be forwarded once deposit received
We have a very strict cancellation policy so we would recommend you taking up Travel Insurance to cover any costs involved with cancelling.
- Reservations may be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival with full refund less a $50.00 administration fee.
- Reservations cancelled 7-30 days prior to arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee of one (1) night's accommodation - i.e your deposit
- Reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival date or no show will be charged the full payment of your booked stay
Full payment of your booked stay is required 30 days pror to arrival date
- Preferred payment EFT directly into our account
Cheques not accepted
Visa & Mastercard only accepted - an admin fee of 1.5% applies
Credit card admin fee of 1.5% on all credit card payments
Once deposit has been paid into our bank account or by credit card you will receive a “Confirmation of Reservation Letter” which will outline further details-e.g. meals required, driving instructions.
